This call allows me to get a feel for your unique needs and helps us begin curating the perfect coverage for your day. Every couple’s story is different, and this initial chat is all about uncovering the best way to capture yours in a way that feels authentic and unforgettable.
STEP 3
INTENTION
If it's a resounding "yes" to move forward after our discovery call, we’ll take care of a few housekeeping steps—reviewing contracts and securing your date with a retainer. Then, the real fun begins. I’ll dive into planning with you, assisting with engagement shoot details, suggesting timelines, creating customized shot lists, and so much more. To ensure I capture every nuance of your story, you'll fill out a detailed values form that includes intimate questions—like the music that speaks to you for your wedding film or the moments you want highlighted most. This process helps me tailor every detail to you, making your wedding experience deeply personal and unforgettable.
STEP 4
CREATION
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive early, fully prepared and ready to capture every moment of your story with precision and care. I’ll scout out the best locations, seeking out the perfect light to showcase the beauty of each event unfold. Using state-of-the-art equipment, I’ll ensure every angle, sound, and fleeting detail is preserved in stunning clarity. My goal is for you to be fully present, enjoying every second of your day, knowing I’m there capturing it all seamlessly in the background. Afterward, I’ll meticulously back up every frame and begin the creative process of transforming your photos and film into a breathtaking experience. Four months later, you’ll relive your day in all its glory, feeling each moment again for the first time.
